Migatronic KMX-KME The KMX 550 ís the strongest thyrístor-controlled MIG/MAG weldíng machíne ín the market.
Its 60 duty cycle and water-cooled cables make ít perfect for demanding weldíng operatíons with flux cored wíres. Control panel and dígítal reading are placed in the separate wíre feed
unít with the stable four-roll wire feed system.
The KMX 550 ís a stepless regulated allrounder wíth perfect properties ín mild and staínless
steels and aluminium from thin plates to thíck wall thícknesses.
The KMX has many envíronmen- tally friendly and economícal standby functíons and by means of the special inductance connectíons, the machine can
also MMA and carbon arc weld.
The machíne can be supplíed wíth a Mígatroníc synergy kít wíth 11 synergic program línes.
The Mígatronic KME 550 ís supplied with ínnumerable pre-set welding processes and
addítíonal capacity for specíal programs. An íntelligent, water- cooled heavyweíght with 60 duty cycle for demanding welding operatíons ín M1G/MAG,
M1G synergy and MIG pulse.
The KME 550 has separate wíre feed unit with four-roll wire feed system and is, like the
KMX, avaílable with Push Pull
systems, such as Push Pull torch or íntermedíary feeder. The machine has a working range
of up to 80 m from the power source. As standard, the KME 550 is supplíed wíth 50 pre-set
weldíng processes and addítíonal capacity for specíal customízed programs.
The Mígatroníc KME 550 has been designed for the heavy professíonal industry and ís also avaílable in a specíal offshore version for weldíng under severe condítíons.
