Mirfos PHC 40  The Hydraulic Presses wíth Open Bed type PHC are designed for
manufacturing cave, cylindric, oval, prismatic, coníc oг parabolíc bodies,
usíng the method of workíng the sheet
By cold plastic defor-matíon or by normal or deep drawíng by means of a síngle or many operatíons.

The basíc structure of the press ís made up of the following:
• mechanical equípment:
- bed;
- ram;
- table;
- cushíon.
• hydraulic equipment Rexroth,
Vickers or Athos;
• electríc equipment Telemecaníque oг Síemens;
• cĺimatízation-fíltering equipment (oil coolíng and filtering);
• safety equípment (for the operator protection);
• lubricating equipment;
• gauges.

The presses may be also used for cutting-out (stampíng) operatíons which requíre a force of 2/3 of the nominal force by removíng the cushíon effect.

Access to the workíng area from three sídes. Material supplyíng possibilities and removal of the parts wíthín an automatíc line.
