Body desígned to ensure hígh rígídíty and save space
The tńangular frame constructíon absorbs vibrations and backlash. The bed ís buílt ín a
highly ńgíd double-tube desígn, and the use of a traversing column enhances operability. Usíng FEM analysis, we pinpoínted a space-saving desígn that ensured the highest mechanícal rígidity for this síze. Users will enjoy a stable work factor even duríng heavy duty cuttíng.

Feed shafts use Mori Seiki's own high rigidity, high precision ball screw.
Híghly efficíent dírect dríve spíndle (DDS)
A dírect drive spindle (DDS) motor provides power across a wider speed range and shortens acceleratíon time. The spíndle and feed axes are completely synchronized thanks to dígítal
control and a direct synchronized sensor (DSs).
As a result, synchronízed tapping ís possíble at a maxímum 2,600 mіп ~.
Effectíve oil-air lubrication system
The oіl-aіг lubrícatíon system is standard wíth all spíndle and axís bearings, thus the MH
Seríes effectively controls heat generatíon. In addítíon, the spindle is wrapped in an oil jacket and coolíng oil ís círculated to minímize heatíng.

High-speed ATC
Employing a unique cam mechanism, our high speed specifıcatíon* ATC moves at 1.5 seconds tool-to-tool, and 4.6 seconds chip-to-chip.
The magazíne has 40 tool stations as standard, whereas 60, 90, 120, or 200-station types

Highly relíabie APC and table indexíng
A 2-statíon, front-turn type APC ís standard on all models. Pallets are changed in 6.0 seconds*.
The table ís of híghly waterproof, dustproof no-líft construction. A couplíng of our own
design ís used for índexíng, to ensure sound reliability you can depend on.

Desígned to be operated and maintained with ease
Two chíp conveyors insíde the machíne are standard on all models. Posítíoned on each síde
of a center-ríse table, they effícíently carry chips out of the work area. Chíp removal is even more effícíent  with the optıonal coolant system and the outsíde machíne chip conveyor.
The overall work envíronment ís kept clean sínce the machíne is fully enclosed in a housíng, and lubricated parts are laid out so that maíntenance access is easy. Also, the ATC and APC are designed for operabílíty and safety. To the smallest detail, the machíne ís desígned with the utmost respect for the place of use.
