LATHE CHUCK GUARD

MILLING MACHINE ARBORS WITH ISOTAPER.
Each arbor comes equipped with 1 or 2 arbor bearings, key, nut and set
of spacing collars according to DIN 6345C (1 arbor bearing) and DIN
6345D (2 arbor bearíngs).
When orderíng, the shaft, bushíng gauge and its tolerance must be consídered: K5 for ball
bearings and G6 for brass bearíngs.

BORING HEAD
Sturdy design, dovetaíl guíde ways carefully adjusted to the body wíthout ribs. Compact and stable, for working wíth small and large diameters. Free from vibration and flexion, all parts are hardened and ground. Delívered in
cases wíth set of holders, cutters Ø 6, 8, 10mm and keys.

PRECISION RAPID VISE.
Thís specially designed vise, by incorporating a leadscrew and an instant clamping hexagon nut, can quickly clamp and unclamp the different workpiece with various length. The movable jaw has been designed to be very small in length, so that the vise can obtain a larger opening length.

DIV1DING HEADS.
Hardened and ground spindle is rigidly held in a tapered seat by draw-in nut.
The phosphor-bronze worm gear is cut helically. The worm ís hardened and ground and
the ínterlockíng with the worm gear is easily adjustable and can be engaged for direct
índexing. The ratio between the worm and the worm gear is 40:1. The swivel head can be
locked at an angle from 10° below horizontal to 90° vertical. Precísion fítting to base
assures smooth rotatíon. Dividing head can divide in any angle by the dírect, indírect or dífferential method. All models have threaded spíndle nose and 24-hole dívídíng plate with
easy conversion to fast direct indexing on numbers 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24.

hole. Slope of end hole is morse taper 6 and the dívídíng head can be adjusted
