Accuracy
The slider surface ís plated with turcíte B-HP, which is self lubrícatíng and a long lífe bearíng τııateríal. The slíde ís double protected from damage by cutting chips wíth Henning wípers internally and roof shaped steel cover externally.

Precísion Pallet Positioníng Pallets are posítioned with exact
accuracy by four cone-shaped
tapered bushíngs.
Jets of air are discharged from the tapered bushíngs when a pallet is
changed to clean the bottom of the pallet, including íts tapered surfaces.
AC servo provides fast bi-directional table índexíng. The large díameter
curvíc couplíng provides extremely accurate posítíoníng of the table.

Y-axis double guide
The Y-axis heavy-duty box-way system employs a posítive way wíth four (4) contact surfaces to ensure straightness of motíon. The nonposítive way has three (3) contact
surfaces to maíntain rigidity and controls thermal growth.

Spindle Cooling System
To íncrease machine accuracy, the thermo-couple (temp. sensor) ís
attached to the machíne base to control the temperature of the oil
that recirculates around the spindle bearings and gear box.
This províde thermal stabílity between the spíndle and the machine base.

Oíl-aír Lubricatíon system
Thís system insured constant lubricatíon
to the spindle bearíngs preventing premature faílure versus grease packed bearíngs which requíre períodic repackíng.

NIIGATA'S Línear pallet Sγstem (LPM) was developed to comply
wíth requírements to add multí- pallet pool or magazínes on exístíng
equipment. Thís desígn provides easy retro-fittíng to original standard
(2APC) equípment, namely, orígínal 2APC becomes a part of an íntegrated system.
Exístíng machíne can readíly be expanded in 2 pallet statíon íncrements.
The expansion can be added to eíther the right or left side of the
machíne.
