NOVA ís backed by the qualíty and the Beutler Servíce ín complíance wíth the
standards of the parent company, Műller Weingarten AG.
NOVA C are the new favourably príced eccentríc power presses ín the construction
sizes 400kN, 630kN, 1000kN, 1600kN and 2500kN.
With the NOVA range, Beutler meets the customers' demand for a símpler range of
C-type presses.
The C-Flexípresses for all-round use, parttíme back gear and speeds of as much as
350 rpm are contínued to be buílt. The AZ síngle rod and the ADR twín rod automatíc
stampíng machínes also stay ín the BEUTLER product range, whích ís rounded off by the
PAL and PAZ ALU presses.
Machine service ís guaranteed via Beutler Nova AG and vía the world-wide network of
Müller Weíngarten AG.

The machines are equípped with new safety controls for manual loadíng work
and comply fully wíth the latest safety regutatíons.

Operator prompting via a plain text dísplay ís customísed to suit the requírements of the press operator.

The operatíng termínal íncludes an LCD graphícs display and a clearly structured
keyboard.
The structure of the user ínterface matches the press and therefore guarantees easy
machíne operatíon. Aдд operator messages appear ín plaín text. Diagnosís functíons
stand by for easy troubleshootíng ín the event of malfunctíons.
The status of aдд ínputs and outputs ís shown, for instance, dírectly on the dísplay.

ABB Frequency Converter
Advanced technology for the ínfínitely variable adjustment of the speed to
match the stampíng process. Automatic speed reduction duríng refitting.

Rapid stroke adjustment
The manual rapid stroke adjustment using lever allows the stroke heíght to be adapted
quíckly and easily to new tools.
Pneumatíc compensatíng cylinder support makes for easy readjustment of the stroke.
The selected value can be saved ín the control under the appropríate tool ID
number and is ímmedíately avaílable the next time the tool ís changed.

Customer service
Machíne servíce ís guaranteed via Beutler Nova AG and via the world-wíde network of
Műller Weíngarten AG.
The servíce centres are located to ensure short distances. The range of services covers the
entire lífecycle of the machíne. Servíce actívíties are actívated at the time the press is
approved and accepted at the works and contínues via transport, ínstallatíon and startup ríght through to operator traíning.
Regular maintenance schedules, shortest response tímes in case of downtimes and a stock
of spare parts round off the customer servíce.
