HAKKIMIZDA
NUKON Lazer Makina A.Ş, is a subsidiary of NURİ KÖRÜSTAN Makina Metal A.Ş.
Having senior experience in metal sheet processing, Nuri Körüstan Makina Metal A.s. is a fírm committed itself renovation and progression. On the other hand, Nukon is a dynamic
organization consisting of engineers experienced in design and manufacture and qualified staff. As a result of the cooperation of these two companies, machines and equipments like Laser, Plasma, Waterjet, CNC F1ame Cutting Machines, different capacity cranes, load lifting magnets are developed and put into service of industry.
While the primary goal of these productions is to increase the work force, keep up with the technology and manufacture high-quality, convenient and trouble-free machines,
- Today, under the brand name NUKON, we are manufacturíng sheet metal culting machines with our knowledge and experience in our 12,000 m2 aгea facility.
- Machines that work are our best references

Fiber laser metal cutting machine
The cutting machíne has to have low investment costs and operating expenses, high breaking capacity peг unit time, low maintenance, should be environmentally fríendly,
the cutting quality and tolerances have to be good and asked to have small loss of productivity when stopped. Our fiber laser cutting machines are developed and sold
out to the markets considering these basic criterias.
Maín elements for our fiber laser cutłing machines;
The Resonator where the laser beam is produced, the special fiber cable which transmits laser beam to the cutting head, the culting head x,yz axes ,which moves in the
direction of drive motors and guide bearings, the body of machine, protective cabinet, machine in front of a fast loading and unloading system with integrated pallet
changer. Fiber laser diode produced by a large number of resonators is combined and pumped to the pump inlet. Fiber Bragg mirrors have been established ìn the form
of the resonators cage and wavelength of the laser beam so that the produced fiber is limited around 1070 nm. This wavelength is one-tenth of the wavelength of CO2
lasers which are generally used in the markets. The average life of the resonator diode is over 100.000 hours. A very high quality fiber laser beam which is produced at a
wavelength of 1070 μm and 8 mm * m rad could be transmitted with the quality intact to the resonator up to a distance of 50 m. Active as a means of wires used in the
fiber thickness is only a few microrneters. The laser beam transmission between the resonator and cutting head is done with a special fiber cable. Here we do no# need
router mirror, beam cleaning and bellows which need to be changed oftenly and which have high expenses. Space saving is also provided due to the compact structure
of the resonator. Comparing to the CO2 lasers which are widely used in the markets until now, this has ten times shorter wavelength and a very hígh beam qualíty such as
8mm * m rad which gives the opportunity to cut many of the materials which used to cause problem. Because a laser beam which has these features will not be reflected
by metals but well absorbed. Particularly, non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass thin foils of stainless steels, aluminumś can be cut faster than directly. Depending on the strength of the machíne and type of material used on the thin plates the cost can be reduced by up to 20%.This means 80% of saving comparing to the othér CO2 lasers in the markets. The focusing abilìty of the fiber laser beam is better, has a high cutłing speed, the heat dissipation is lower on the cut piece composed, has a smother cutting surface and the deformation is almost negligible. A fast loading and unloading system with integrated pallet changer is placed in front of the cutting unit of the machine. The main purpose of cutting the high efficiency unit is to avoid fallíng due to loss of time during loading and unloading, the machine is to minimize unproductive
downtimes.
