DESCRIPTION
The automatic production line discs from coil uses the normal cutting line, our automatic loader, purposely studied, and a shear of
TCDA series, chosen in relation to the thickness and to the diameter
of the cut.
The shears of TCDA series divide the disc from the scrap and they
are separately removed.
The shears of TCDS series automatically remove the scrap after taken off manually the disc.
The high production, up to ten discs per minutes, reducing to a minimum the cost of the product.
The accuracy of the cutting guarantees the quality.
The frame of the machines is in welded and normalised plate.
The working cycle is automatic, regulated by means of a timer.
The working cycle can be performed in manual operation, too. The cutter block shafts are
built in chrome-nickel steel ground and placed on bearings.
The several controls are pneumatic and the adjustments are simple

The operator, in sitting position, feeds the shear and starts the automatic cycle.
The scraps fall into a special and interred container while the discs are going to the
following operation or the storage.
