Omes RAPID AUTOMATIC SAWING-MACHINE, TYPE T.R.A.

Operatíon:
The operator positions the work piece in the roller fitted feed rack and moves it through the vice to a pre set stop.
Striking the stop causes the following sequence:
• vice cases:
— head lowers to the cutting position
— b!ade is fed through the work piece at a controIIed rate
— at the compIetion of the cut the head is lifted to its
— startíng position
• vice opens:
— feed motor advances material to the stop and the machine will
— continue cutting automatically until the material is exhausted
The machine cuts the whole bar automatícally
