SUPER BROWN 300 DV CUT-OFF MACHINE
The head works in a vertical direction sliding on a dovetaíl guide wíth taking up by means of a tapered gíb.
The reductíon ratío between the revolutions of the motor and blade ís achíeved by a double gear: the first one ís a spíral gear, the second one a worm and ríng gear (wíth
easy takíng up of slack).
Safety blade cover fully protects the blade according to safety standards.
Swítch wíth reverser: should the blade stop because of a wrong movement, this swítch allows the reversal of the blade rotatíon and an easy release preventing blade breakage.

This device is indispensable for the automatic cutting of short pieces (3 = 750 mm.) where mass production together with high cutting precísion are repuired.
It can feed tubes or bars (square or rectangular).
The vice jaws, both movable, avoid, during the feeding phase the scratching of the workpiece against the fixed rear jaws of the cut-off machine vice.
