The accurate processing of pipes is achievable from 50mm to 3000 mm in díameter. The length of the pipes is adjustable by our lay-on system.

By analysing the contours of the part usíng special software, a square cut is achievable. This feature also enables the user to cut bevels up to 100.
3D-cutting head
Complex three-dimensional contours are possible with a consistent quality of cut.

The intelligent and infinitely variable Abrasive delivery system enables the user to control
precisely the quantity of Abrasive used during the cutting process.
Should the machine run out of abrasive or have a blockage the machine automatically recognises this and reports ìt accordingly

WSS 4020
With a high quality rigid construction the WSS 4020 sets the standard for
accurate quality cutting and enhanced pertormance.
The reduced floor space to sheet size ratio combined with excellent open
construction for ease of loading/unloading make the WSS 4020 a leader in its class.

With a huge 18m2 cutting bed, the WSs 6030 enables the user to cut
large parts accurately and by adding several standard size sheets to the table the machine can run efficiently for long periods with minímal intervention. /

The Technology:
With traditional hard tooling or thermal
profiling processes (i.e. Punch / Laser)
many materials can suffer from increased stresses which can lead to micro
craćks and changes in the material
from heat.
Water-jet cutting offers a different solution: Pure water cutting is used for soft
materìals such as wood, foam rubber,etc. Abrasive cutting is used for materials such as metal, glass, plastics and composite materials, etc.
