The mobile "Jacko” mounted on a two-axle traíler ís supplied with tow hítch, brakes,
road lights and conforms to EC regulatíons. The controls for sawíng and 1og handling are sítuated at one end of the main frame. This affords a good view and safe control of the machine from one posítíon.
The saw unít horízontal and vertícal sawing is hydraulically controlled. Jacko will saw a maximum log length of 6m. The standard model ís equipped wíth the following hydraulic features: hydraulic squaring arms

and a remotely controlled slíde bar used for setting the saw blade roller depending on the number síze.

1 LG 100 Board thickness measuring device
For a quick and accurate settíng of required board thickness. The movement of the band saw arm up and down ís dísplayed with an accuracy of 0;1 mm
ón a colour dísplay. The absolute héight from the band saw bed or the set board thtckness including the optiunal kerf is displayed.
2 LG Automat
It ís íntended for a quíck and accurate automatíc settíng of the desíred board thíckness: When the desíred value (board thickness, height from the loading area and kerf thíckness) ís set on the dísplay, the bandsaw ís automatìcally moved to the desíred posítion. Errors caused by the human factor in manual settíng are prevented. It ís tímesavíng and the production becomes more accurate.
3 Ammeter
The ammeter scale shows the sawblade load during thé cut. It ís desígned to símplify the selectíon of the forward feed speed, ít also índícates the sawblade bluntness. A timely exchange of the sawblade increases its life and improves the cutting quality.
4 Hydraullc sawb/ade stralning
Operated by a hydraulic hand pump with accurate pressure indication. The sawblade straining is more accurate and convenient.
6 Electrically controlled bar
It enables infinitely variable settings of the saw guide from the central control desk depending.

The pre-cutter circular blade with hard metal tips is designed to remove dirt at points where the sawblade enters into the log. Thus the life of sawblades and the productivity of the machine increase.
 Log loading ramps
For easy and safe load пg of the Iog on to the base
frame with anti-roll back stops.
Log tapel adjustment
Serves to equalise the log taper.lt may be attached anywhere to the machine frame depending on the length of sawn timber.
Cant hook
For handling, loadìng and turníng the log on the machine frame.
