The Pivatic PivaBend Multitool Panel Bender MPB we see most suitable for doors, door frames, lockers, shelving, electrical cabinets and enclosures in small, medium or large series. With most of these products the profiles can be challenging and complex due to unique and versatile design the MPB is up for the challenge. The Multitool Panel Bender was designed to process thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm and is capable of part lengths up to 8000 mm. Customers can potentially manufacture long and complex parts with a single machine process, instead of combining roll formers, panel benders or press brakes.
The Multitool Panel Bender is a highly sophisticated panel bender for its time and can be customized with up to 5 different bending tools. The multitool uses interpolated movements in X and Y directions and is configured with electric drives making it easier to maintain, program and control. The MPB has a lower energy consumption due to innovative features and electric drives. For the most efficient solution, we offer a complete Line Solution MPB for a fully automated process.
For minimal operator involvement, the standalone Automatic MPB manages part destacking, part rotating, bending process and the stacking of the finished panels.
