The Pullmatic punching machines use a single indexing punch head. This enables all tools to be indexed 3600. In order to ensure maximised material utilisation, parts can be rotated to any orientation and positioned on the work piece. The punch head is loaded by an automatic
tool carousel with ZO identical tool positions. Each position is designed to hold a tool with a diameter of up to 90 mm.
High precision punching process
The punch head guide is long and sturdy, enabling rigid and precise guidance in the punching process. The dies are positioned below the table surface in order to prevent the sheet from being scratched or caught. This reduces micro tags to a minimum.

10 seconds to change punch and die
Changing tools is made fast and easy with the Pullmatic a great advantage especially when you need to change many tools between jobs. Changing both the punch and die takes only 10 seconds. You are ready for the next job in no time just in time.
User friendly control
A touch screen which displays easy to read graphics is mounted on a control panel on a swivelling base for maximum convenience. Pullmatics C600 control system is designed for punching machines and based on a Fanuc 160іPB controller.
Every tool is fully indexable
The Pullmatic tooling system uses punch and die holders. Holders are designed to suit a range of different tooling styles. The single head design makes every tool fully indexable, including those in OrbitTool cassettes.
