FULLY HYDRAULIC
Manufactured in a full range of sizes for plate thicknesses from 3 up to 100 mm cold bending and in widths from 1500 to 7500 mm. Double prebending of both ends without turning the plate. All three rolls driven by slow running hydraulic motor with infinitely varaible speed.
Hydraulic adjustment of the lower rolls. Infinitely variable adjustment speeds. Top roll equipped with slip clutch for best possible drive. All rolls journalied in SKF spheric roller bearings.
Hydraulically operated drop end
All adjustments with infinitely variable speeds electronically controled from the portable control 
Portable control unit wíth push but tons for rotation and adjustments.

Flanging and optional punching of holes in one operation. Machine sizes according to customer specification.

have adjustable slip clutch for the top roll.
All medium and large machines can be equipped with beam on edge device. Six directional hydraulic guide rolls are standard equipment on many models. Smaller models have mechanically, partly selfadjusted guide rolls.

Excellent cone bending capabilities including prebending of both edges of the cone plate. Drive on top roll and lower roll for best possible plate feeding. All rolls journalled in SKF spherical roller bearings.
Hydraulic finitely variable speed on all adjustments including the drive. Smaller models are equipped with mechanical drive. All machines can be equipped with control.

Single pinch hydraulic 3 roll plate bending machine. Capacities from 2 15 mm thickness and in working length 1250 3500 mm. Prebending of both ends by turning the plate. All rolls journalled in SKF roller bearings.
Two roll drive by geared motor with brake. Hydraulic adjustment of the lower roll and the side roll.
