RYAZAN 1M63RF3 MACHINE TOOL WORKS 
CNC manual turn lathes are designed for machining in chuck and in centers. Robust bed with double inverted V prismatic guides, hardened and ground, ensure maximum rigidity and vibration proof operation.  Automatic speed box, actuated by 30 kW AC power stable digital spindle drive. Combination of powerful drive with robust spindle on 3 supports ensures efficient stock removal. Heavy duty tailstock ensures proper machining over the entire workpiece length without rests. CNC controls are located on a rack to the right of the apron. The apron has a control handle on it, and the main CNC controfs are on the right cantilever. There are two electronic hand wheels on the front face of the apron, providing for crosswise axis X and longitudinal axis Z movements. The Z axis hand wheel can be used for contouring operations. Utilization of CNC turning lathes doubles labor efficency. These lathes were designed on the basis of the Ryazan high reputated conventional lathe models which received appraisal world wide during last 30 years. These models incorporate latest CNC system development and powerful software for manual turn technologies, opening a wide range of manufacturing capabilities in both programming and CNC operational modes.
