RYAZAN RT 317 MACHINE TOOL WORKS MODEL
CNC manual turn lathe model is designed for machining in chuck and in centres. Robust bed with double inverted V prismatic guides, hardened and ground, ensure maximal rigidity and vibration proof operation. Automatic speed box, actuated by 30 kW AC power stable digital spindle drive. Combination of powerful drive with robust spindle on 3 supports ensures efficient stock removal. 
Heavy duty tailstock ensures proper machining over the entire workpiece length without rests. CNC controls are located on a rack to the right of the apron. The apron has a control handle on it, and the main CNC controls are on the right cantilever. There are two electronic hand wheels on the front face of the apron, providing for crosswise acts X  and longitudinal axis Z movements. The Z axis hand wheel can be used for contouring operations. Utilization of CNC turning lathes doubles labour efficiency.
