ROTAMATIC: Self-aligning rotator
The ROTAMATIC self-aligning rotator range can handle up to tons of weight. Its drive unit allows for easy positioning of pieces, while the rollers' tilting feature allows for alignment with the rotator without prior roller adjustment. Remote pendant kit and automatic display are standard on all versions, with possible options for lorry and railway applications. The idler lorry and the motorized lorry can be mounted on the same line. Special rotators, such as the example of small rotators handling tons to mm diameter, can be customized to suit specific needs.

An anti-drift system can be installed on the idler rotator to allow for the piece to turn without twisting. The manual anti-drift device is available for all Rotators.

Options are avaílable to make easy the manípulation of pieces with rotators.
Lorry
The lorry allows to move the rotators with or without the piece.
The idler lorry and the motorized lorry can be mounted on same line.
Antidrift system
The manual antidrift device allows the piece to turn without twisting.
This system is fixed on the idler rotator.
