On models with 90 and 110 mm shafts, 3-axis hydraulic drive + planetary gear reducer with 3 hydraulic supports.
On models with 70mm shafts, 2-axis hydraulic drive + planetary gear reducer.
The shafts are made of special high-strength steel with precision grinding.
Standard compact four-roll machine. Three tube rollers with hardened and ground holes, complete hydraulic drive.
Lower and side rollers have standard hydraulic displacement BBEPX-BHI3. Vertical/horizontal position possible.
On models with 70mm shafts, tube guides have 1 groove, on models with 90 and 110mm shafts, they have 3 grooves. Strong control panel. User production with CE certification. Optional equipment includes: 5-level variable speed adjustment, 3 hydraulic supports, automation with NC control, and UPN beam attachments for all types of pipes and HEB, IPN, and UPN profiles are available upon request.
