Technical Specification for Tech Check Machine:

We offer a complete set of standard hardware and accessories for flanging and cutting operations. This set includes a set of R25 flanging rolls, one set of cutting blades (P25), a 2-speed part carrier (7/14 m/min) and a one-speed rotation. The cutting system is powered by a planetary reducer. The top and bottom flanging rolls are powered in rotation with a manually adjustable sheet centering system.

The machine also offers the option to perform both cutting and flanging operations on the same head with the help of planetary reducers. The machine is built according to EC safety directives and is CE compliant. The user manual is included.

Optional equipment includes flanging rolls for 30mm and 35mm flanges, an extra set of cutting blades, and a maximum plate thickness of 6-8mm for mild steel and 4-5mm for stainless steel (A151304-316).

The machine has a motor power of 8-11 kW and a length of 4250-4600mm with a width of 150-190mm (depending on the flange radius).
The maximum flange radius is 35-100mm, and the maximum flanging height is 150mm (R:100).
The maximum plate diameter is 4500mm, and the minimum plate diameter is Ø440-720mm.
The maximum cutting capacity for normal plate (24K9/mm²) is offered by the machine.
