TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: STANDARD EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES.
A set of R25 flanging balls and an R25 cutting blade set are included. The top and bottom flanging rolls are driven by hydraulic motors, with a speed of 0.35-0.68 m/min.
The flat sheets can be flanged with optional top balls of three different radii.
The carrier can be adjusted hydraulically in height for both flat and crowned bottom flanging.
The same head can perform both cutting and flanging operations. There is an extra set of cutting blades available as an optional equipment.
Additionally, there are three different optional flanging rolls available.
