The main advantage of this machine is its ability to handle heavy cutting conditions, thanks to its high torque on the spindle, which can reach up to 6675 Nm. It can also process workpieces weighing up to 8 tons and up to 12 meters in length. Its solid cast iron bed and wide sliding guide ways ensure both static and dynamic rigidity for a long service life. Additionally, the machine has a 12-position turret VD150, which expands its technological capabilities, and a special stand for boring bars up to 100 mm.

Cutting Area: The machine can process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 1450 mm over the bed and 1060 mm over the carriage. Workpieces can be processed in centers with lengths of 1050, 2050, 3050, 5050, 7050, 8050, 10050, and 12050 mm. The maximum weight of the installed workpiece is 8000 kg in centers or 1000 kg in a chuck.

Spindle: The spindle speed is adjustable and can reach a maximum of 5000 rpm with a stepless speed adjustment in two ranges. The main motor power is 28/35 kW or 30/38 kW, depending on the machine model. The maximum torque is 5340/6675 Nm, and the chuck diameter is either 500, 630, 800 mm or 1000 mm. The spindle nose conforms to D1N55026 A15, and the spindle bore diameter is 180 mm.

Feed: The cutting feed range for the X/Z axis is up to 14000 mm/min, and the X and Z rapid feed is up to 10000 mm/min. For a distance between centers of 5000 mm, the X and Z rapid feed is 6000 mm/min. Feed adjustment is stepless.

Turret: The machine has either a 4 or 12-position turret, depending on the model. The tool section is either 40x40 or 32x32 mm, and the 12-position turret has driven tools with 8.2 kW of power and a speed of 5000 rpm.

Tailstock: The quill travel for the tailstock is either 275 or 320 mm, and the quill diameter is 180 or 280 mm. The quill taper is MT6.

Dimensions and Weight: The length of the machine is either 5175, 6175, or 7175 mm, and the width is either 2650 or 3130 mm, depending on whether the control panel is swiveled or not. The height is 2425 or 2600 mm, and the weight is between 10000 and 13000 kg, depending on the model.
