Scantool SC centreless grinding and polishing machine

The attachment provided by Scantool CG for centreless grinding and polishing can be mounted on belt grinders with a belt size of 75x2000mm and a large grinding surface on top. The attachment is designed to be easy to operate and can grind/polish pipes and tubes with diameters ranging from 25-100 mm. It is unique because it can be used with the centreless belt grinder and also for normal grinding and polishing operations without the need to remove the attachment. The accessory comes with a separate drive motor and gearbox, extraction hose with fittings, a cover for the top grinding surface, a support table over the motor with a nylon surface, a drive wheel, and a support feeding table. Technical details include a belt grinder motor of 3x400 V, a pipe and tube capacity of 25-100 mm Ø, a drive wheel size of 50x150mm, a motor power of 0.25kw, and a gear of NMRV030/1:30.
