APPLICATION EXAMPLES Machining of semi-finished parts as a stand-alone machine. Integration in a production line for turning series parts. Remachining of parts with manufacturing or machining faults.

Turret with 6 fixed positions, tool section 8x8 mm in square form for external and internal tools only. One sense of rotation position by position. Turret height adjustment +/- 2 mm. Adjustment of tools with conical gauge +/- mm. Turret controlled by the control of the machine. Installation only on the backside of the carriage.

MACHINE ADVANTAGES In-machine robot shorter workpiece loading times compared to a machine with an external robot. No operator door which must be opened or closed. Space-saving design thanks to the robot integrated into the machine. Flexible clamping system: collet or chuck according to the application.

It is possible to machine parts on both sides using a specific support or indirectly, providing optimal support to customers regardless of programming or troubleshooting needs. Stäubli is present in many countries, making it possible to receive support directly or indirectly.

Protection of the operators from robot movements is managed simply by locking the two machine doors and the access cover between the machining area and workpiece loading/unloading area, providing better access.
