Schaublin 137 11AX High precision and producktion lathe

MAX is a highly rigid machine used for micro aeronautic, medical, aerospace, and dental purposes. The machine is constructed with 12 parts that are cooled by a glycol water system, ensuring that all parts work at the same temperature and preventing any uncontrolled expansion.
The machine's slides move on guideways, and it has a spindle and counter spindle with an integrated synchronous motor with C axis, offering a speed range of 30-8000 m/min.
The main and counter-spindle have identical power, simplifying the split of operations between the front and back working areas of the workpiece. The machine also has a cooling group, automatic door, and fire extinction system.
Other features of the machine include measuring scales, tool and piece measurement, workpiece collector, coolant mist extractor, chip conveyor, bar feeder, and CNC guide.
The machine's technical data includes a maximum turning diameter of 140mm, maximum turning length between spindle of 300mm, and a total of 11 axes, seven of which are linear.
