Motor bending machine MAXI is equipped with segmented tooling, making it a rational and cost-effective bending system for demanding sheet metal work. The combination of segmented insertion tools, bending force control, and advanced CNC control technology enables you to perform several work steps without the need for additional equipment. The CNC control system provides your parts with the highest level of precision.

The MAXI can bend workpieces on all four sides, thanks to the segmented tooling with a quick clamping system, which allows precise and free bending edges. This feature makes it easy to bend box and cassette shapes quickly.

Our segmented tooling system allows you to change, reposition, and remove individual segments without additional tools, saving you time and simplifying operation. The standard design comes with a single-step program for one bending angle and a CNC touch control with a 12-color touch monitor. There is also an option for a motor-driven back gauge with a range of up to 1000mm and a foot switch.

The machine is powered by SEW drives and has maintenance-free bearings and guides. The optional motor-driven back gauge allows you to position workpieces accurately and quickly up to a depth of 50-1000mm, with an accuracy of 0.1mm. The table is equipped with supports and increased stop fingers that allow for easy and safe workpiece placement.
