Bond acoustical barriers and insulating film/felt to plates during profile shaping with a foil laminating machine attached to a Schlebach shaping machine. Material is clamped on an internal mandrel and precise bonding is maintained by a band-edge controller. Protective film is removed and wound up during shaping, while material is attached to the bottom of the strip. Adjustment range is 150-730mm film width and the maximum diameter of the coil is 280mm. The machine can work with non-ferrous metals up to mm and has a drive of 1 kW, 230 Volt, 1-ph. Dimensions are 1,750 x 1,720 x 1,160mm.
