Schlebach mini prof profile shaping machine

Schlebach is a compact shaping machine for profiling technology with infinitely variable width adjustment from 230-850 mm. It can create panels with profiles in one operation and slanted, locating, and conical panels in a single pass. The Mini-Prof is adjustable in height and mobile with a weight of around 220 kg and a feed rate of approximately 11 m/min. The compact version comes with standard equipment such as an electro/mech. length measurement, roller shear for manual cross cuts, roller shear for slitting strip lengthwise, and decoiler AC for up to 300 kg. It has a weight of around 315 kg and a feed rate of approximately 11 m/min.
