Schlebach QA 55 Cut reveal panels

Schlebach machine can cut Reveal and Sofit panels with a motorized saw, adjustable cutting depth and limit stop, pneumatic clamping device, and adjustable angle up to 55 degrees. Roller tables support the panels on each side. It can be used for V-shaped cuts in facade panels, exterior corners on walls and pillars, window embrasures, building corners, final deck chamfers, and separating cuts on panels with a profile of 25mm. The machine is 1,700 x 2,700 x 1,650 mm and weighs approximately 550 kg. It has a feed rate of 10 m/min and is driven by a 0.25 kW, 50 Hz, 3-ph., 400 V motor.
