Schlebach Quadro all round profile shaping system

The Schlebach Quadro is a versatile profile shaping system with swiveling cartridges, each with 10 roller stations, allowing for quick retooling. It comes equipped with a touch-panel controlled PLC and electric cross-cut shear for automated processing. Exchangeable cartridges with 10 roller stations can be swiveled for standing seam profiles with and without clip-relief and SNAP-folded profiles. The system has a short retooling time, and an NA1L Strip system is available for profile heights of 25 and 38 mm. The U-profile has a turn-up height of up to 38 mm. Exchangeable cartridges with 12 roller stations are available for non-ferrous metals, sheet steel, and stainless steel, with strip run-in widths from 300 mm to 800 mm. The system has dimensions of 3,120 x 1,720 x 1,250 mm and a weight of approximately 1260 kg. Accessories include a seam rolling system, set of header rollers, slitting for locating panels with clip-relief, and exchangeable cartridges with 10 or 12 roller stations for special profiles.
