Schlebach SLMST Slitting line

Schlebach Slitting Line SLMST 1250ARW6 is a machine that cuts wide metal strips up to 1250mm (optionally 1500mm) and up to 1.5mm thick steel (400N/mm2). It has a roller table for smooth feeding, a 6-roller straightening device, and 4 pairs of slitting blades with automatic lifting. The PLC allows for single and continuous operation with cutting optimization. Optional components include an extension for up to 10 pairs of slitting knives, a decoiler, a feeding table, a protective film applicator, and a customized outlet table.
