An interview with a satisfied customer

We interviewed Mr. Cucchi, the owner of CB, one of the most important producers of light and heavy carpentry in the province of Brescia.

When I had to buy a bending machine, I didn’t know whether to choose Sertom or another competitor. But I chose Sertom because its machines are far more resistant, even if aesthetically not showy or ostentatious. Actually, once tested, my impressions were confirmed, and I could really see the quality and sturdiness of the machine — essential characteristics in repetitive processes and for a long and satisfactory machine life.

I noticed that the capacities listed in the offer were inferior to the actual output of the machine; in practice, during the production process, the machine delivered far better results than expected.
