The FRILT 120GB is a machine that has the ability to set up mandrel pre-backward, booster, mandrel lubrication, auto bending reverse and spring back compensation. It has a 3D simulation to save tube test run cost and the data can be stored in 120GB HD. The machine can measure the product in 3D simulation. The Bender Series includes Single/Dual stacks for bending or rolling and Multi stacks for bending and rolling. The CMM ARM is used to measure the sample, and the report contents are inserted to bender. The push bend device is suitable for the bending radius bigger than 6D. It has a servo feeding device that pushes pipe forming the bigger radius and 3D curvature shape.
The hole punching device is able to exchange and stack via bending device or hole punching device. It has a safety cover, hanging switch, and fan coolant.
