Shw UF6 Universal milling and boring machine

The SHW Universal Milling and Boring Machine, UF 6, is a bed-type machine that offers versatility, precision, and a clever head. It is easy to operate and maintain, has a DC main drive with a four-stage gear box, and an automatic lubrication system. The milling head is adjustable in two axes and can index from degree to degree via anular toothed gears. The UF 6 is a milling machine with a cross-moving column and a longitudinally moving milling table. It has a D.C. main drive of 31.5 kW and infinitely variable feed rates of 2-8000 mm/min. It also features stick-slip-free positioning using turcite-coated and hardened guideways, high-speed rapid traverses, and pre-loaded roller elements.
