The AV 1800 notch cutting machine from SIMASV is a revolutionary invention that allows for both parallel and angular cutting. It is suitable for use in automatic processing lines and is the first machine of its kind in the world. The new cutting design makes it easy to measure and avoids complex calculations. It has a direct reading of the cutting angle and no sheet metal displacements during angle changing, which significantly reduces handling problems and machining time. The machine features a solid gooseneck structure and supports on the shearing head and under the workbench, allowing for cutting at the apex without overstressing the workbench. VARIABLE ANGLE NOTCHING MACHINE

The LC hydraulic notchers have been designed for companies that demand not only maximum reliability and continuous machine work, but also power, practicality, and durability. The variable cutting angle, from 30 to 135 degrees, is changed by moving the two adjustment levers located under the work table and positioning the degrees that are clearly visible on the table, where the graduated rule in bronze is located. The operator cannot damage the machine in any case because if the safety systems are not engaged on the control panel, easily accessible, the machine will not function. This ensures maximum guarantee for the operator and the machine. The machine's work table is made of cast iron and equipped with T-slots, both on the top and on the lateral edges, where the sliding supports of the table extension are inserted. There are also adjustable angle stops, graduated in degrees, and squares for cutting large sheets, a registered design.

Structural characteristics: solid, oversized structure with a robust steel base and equipped with a central mechanical clamp. Silent hydraulic group and easy-to-access control panel. Mobile group well guided and equipped with hydraulic locking for perfect cutting that starts from the tip of the blades. Illuminated cutting zone. Hand-saving protection made of transparent material. No lubrication points. No maintenance required.

Standard equipment: electric pedal, chute for chips, 15-blade series, 30-blade series, side consoles included in model, 6 service keys, oil not included, and a manual of instructions.
