Simasv  HYDRAULIC BENDING PRESSES  SUPER SERIES
The presses of the "super series have been specіally studied for the execution of bends or shapes, single or multiple, of flat, square, round bars, tubes or various sectíons in iron, steel and light metals. They are lndispensable in the carpenter's workshop, where bending, straightening, blanking, punching works, etc. are carried out; as well as in factories where accurate production works are necessary.
CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES
In the designing of these machines we have considered the operator's requirements as pre-eminent.
Therefore, the table is free from frames that would be cumbersome or troublesome. Another characteristic is the micrometer adjustment of the stroke. The system which the machine has is superior than what has been applied till now in similar machines present in the market. It offers the possibility of adjusting the stroke of the punch continuously with the highest precision through a hand wheel even under maximum effort to obtain the desired angle of bending. Such system guarantees the highest precision and speed without attempts and tests.
1.TABLE
It is a solid structure some in cast iron and for the biggest made up welded steel and then stabilised, suitably shaped and sized in such a way as to carry out its own function in the absence of remarkable deformations even with a load twice of the norm of the machine.
2. PUNCH CARRIAGE
It is the heart of the machine, therefore we take extreme care in its construction. Made of compound steel with oversized slides and lubricating channels, suitably hardened, grounded and protected wíth adequate dust scrapers.
3. HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
The aim of this machine part is to make use of pressures at average values as to guarantee an excellent equilibrium between machine performance and durability of its most delicate and wearable parts. Therefore we make use of well proportioned hydraulic cylinders.
4. ADJUSTMENT OF THE STROKE
It has been described as one of the qualifying characteristics of this machine. It is carried out by means of two convenient hand wheels located on the front of the machine, provided with locking screws. On request, the working stroke may be visualised with decimal reading of the value.
5. HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
It consists of a tank with adequate capacity to avoid harmful oil overheating. It is made with precise criteria under supenision and control. In addition there are all the measuring, adjusting and direction controlling parts of the oleo dynamic flow which besides being of excellent and selected quality, they are wired in a monobloc according to an extremely rational arrangement and present a well-proportioned dimensioning so as to confer to the
machine's remarkable effíciency.
6. FORCED LUBRICATION
It is carried out by operating a pump manually through which the lubricant is distributed to the vítal points in an excellent way. Machines with power higher than 40 Ton will be installed with one hydraulic pump with oil level electrical device.
