Over 200 pieces sold annually. Equipped with state-of-the-art Vickers hydraulic equipment, Telemecanique electrical equipment, electronic display of dimensions and monoblock KRESO blades. Backgauge ensures cutting length up to 1000 mm with 0.1 mm positioning accuracy.

Rear safeguard, safety switch, meets the latest European safety requirements. Ball transfer units set in table, to easily handle the metal sheet and prevent damages. 1000 mm sidesquaring arm with disappearing stops. Front support brackets with disappearing stops. Adjustable length of cut via a potentiometer. The number of strokes may increase when cutting serial narrow stripes. Front operated power backgauge with 0.1 mm/m cutting backgauge is swung for cutting sheets larger than 1000 mm. The control panel and drive components are placed in an easy to reach position.
ELGO ELECTRIC position controller, on request. Switch for shadow line cutting.
Potentiometer to adjust the cutting length. Adjustable and swinging power backgauge. Emergency stop.

The presses are available in two versions: a standard press with a torsion bar construction and a certified press that meets the latest BC standards with a torsion bar construction and a multiple cylinder system. The three cylinders develop the necessary crowning force to create a bending angle constant along the length of the ram. The standard equipment includes a top tool, a universal die with six different shapes, and a set of V-die clamps to hold the sheet. Optional equipment includes a programmable ELGO positioner, a mechanical counter display, a work station with footswitch and two-hand control desk, and an emergency stop.
The press is controlled by an on-off control of the hydraulic pump, a stroke adjustment control, a backgauge adjustment control, and a sequence control via the position controller. The press is designed with an efficient torsion bar construction to ensure parallelism between the rams. The mobile ram is fixed through a system of levers, and combined with self-lubricating guides to provide optimal tool orientation.
