Skoda SUT Universal centre lathes

SKODA MACHINE TOOL manufactures SUT universal center lathes that are suitable for both roughing and finishing operations due to their rigid structure and sufficient drive power. In addition to standard machines, SKODA MACHINE TOOL offers a wide range of accessories and equipment for special operations and complex machining of workpieces, such as special technologies for machining crankshafts and turbine rotors. Some lathes can be supplied with manual control instead of an NC system.

SKODA MACHINE TOOL also offers a special workstation, the Flexible Machining Centre, for highly productive and economical machining of large non-rotary workpieces. This workstation consists of a horizontal milling and boring machine W 180 NC with automatic tool exchange and automatic workpiece exchange on traversable and rotary tables. The Flexible Machining Centre is advantageous, especially during multi-shift runs when preparatory works can be concentrated into shifts with more workers.

The trade department of SKODA MACHINE TOOL not only conducts direct trade with customers but also utilizes trading organizations and their wide dealer networks. The department offers external installations and repairs within the guarantee period of machine tools, including supervision, execution of all works, performance and technological tests, and training of operators and maintenance personnel.
