Skoda HMVL TS Plzeň, a company specializing in the manufacturing of equipment for various industries. Our product line includes curing presses for truck, tractor, and building machine tires, hydraulic presses for forging and extrusion, and special hydraulic presses. We also provide equipment for rolling mills for steel and non-ferrous metals. Our production capabilities include machine parts according to customer specifications. Additionally, we offer equipment for cane sugar plants. Our company follows DIN and EN standards and has a management system certificate.
Deliveries of single machines and spare parts include coils feeding and unloading equipment, strip payoff reels, feed rollers, guide tables, conveyors, transversal shears for strip cutting, strip coilers and/or coiler drums, straighteners for entry section of rolling mills and strip lines, and spare parts according to customer requirements. The Company's traditional product line is equipment for sugar cane plants, and TS Pizen has delivered this equipment to 16 countries in Asia, Africa, and South America since introducing sugar cane milling tandems in 1932. Equipment for sugar cane plants includes milling stations, sugar cane mills with capacity of 500 to 20,000 t cane/day, modernization and reconstruction of existing sugar cane milling stations, sugar cane preparation including cutters and shredders, separate operations batteries and single machines, imbibition systems, and sugar refinery equipment. Services include consultations, feasibility studies, design and production documentation, assembly and commissioning, technical and operator training of customer personnel, and participation of TS Pizen experts in start-up of sugar cane plant. Spare parts include mill stands, pinions, gear boxes, shafts, bearings, and mill rollers. Welding services include welding of carbon steel, non-rusting materials, piping, and pressure tanks, weld coatings under protective atmospheres Argon, and welding of aluminum and tin bronzes under Argon. Technology of welding includes ROS-111 manual arc welding, MAG-135 semi-automatic in a protective atmosphere, MIG-131 semi-automatic in a protective atmosphere, TIG-141 semi-automatic non-fusible with an electrode in a protective atmosphere Ar, oxygen-acetylene-311, UP-automatic under the flux, and welding on the semi-automatic welding machine ESAB, inductive mid-frequency heating. Technical data for semi-automatic welding machine include a maximum length of welded-on piece of 11,000 mm, maximum diameter of welded-on piece of 2,000 mm, and maximum weight of welded-on piece of 50,000 kg. Surface can be performed on an outside diameter of screw lines through submerged arc welding and by other means.
