The LG5 Series CNC Guillotine Shears are designed for high precision cutting with a streamlined design and linear guide. The CNC system allows for automatic adjustments to the shearing angle, shear stroke, and blade gap. The hydraulic system is imported from Hoerbiger, Germany, a world renowned brand. The back gauge is driven by a digital AC servo motor and moved with ball screw and linear guideway guiding. The self lubricating plane contact guideway and papillose spring ensure a smooth upper and down movement of the upper beam without clearance. The worktable structure is designed from limit element optimization to compensate for the curving of the upper beam under the shear force, ensuring the blade gap remains constant along the full length of the worktable, enhancing shearing precision and quality. The LG5 Series adopts a compact hydraulic system from Hoerbiger or Rexroth, featuring advanced compact structure design and an electri hydraulic proportional valve to control the system pressure throughout the working period for stable performance. The CNC system uses the Cybelec, allowing for easy cut shear mode, manual cutting mode, automatic calculation, and sequence repetition. The ball worktable reduces the contact between the sheet and the surface of the worktable, reducing the working strength. Options include material positioning, falling sheet, positioning pneumatic sheet support, and shearing.
