Soraluce FP Floor type millilng boring centre

Soraluce FP Floor Type Milling-Boring Centre Multi-purpose milling and boring machine Improved flexibility and dynamics High performance and productivity FP Floor Type Milling-Boring Centre by SORALUCE is a versatile machine designed to increase customer productivity. It is ideal for industrial vehicles, molds and dies, capital goods, and medium-sized workpiece subcontractors.

The machine has a rigid and stable design, resulting in high precision and dynamism. The linear guiding and double rack and pinion driving systems offer speeds up to 35 m/min and accelerations of 1 m/s² and 1.5 m/s² for longitudinal, cross, and vertical axes. The working feed force is 20,000 N on all axes. The direct drive spindle motor ensures high precision and efficiency, with low heat, noise, and maintenance.

The machine incorporates a guiding and damping system with recirculating cylindrical rollers on each axis X-Y-Z and specially developed hydrostatic damping elements for stability and precision. The driving system has two servo motors, two gearboxes, and a double rack and pinion for the longitudinal axis, while the vertical and cross axes use preloaded ball screws with double recirculating nuts for high dynamics and cutting speed capability.

The FP milling-boring center's traveling column allows it to be equipped with different workstations for simultaneous machining and workpiece loading. It is highly flexible due to its wide range of machine configurations, including milling-boring heads, automatic tool changing systems, floor plates, auxiliary tables, and rotary tables.

Thanks to its low profile column connection and flat longitudinal axis design, the machine's center of gravity is low, ensuring high machine stability and saving on foundation construction costs. SORALUCE's milling-boring heads are distinguished by their precision and high performance for accurate complex milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping operations. The machine is designed, manufactured, assembled, and verified in-house by a team of skilled designers and assembly engineers using state-of-the-art equipment.
