Spinner TC400 Short bar feeders

Short bar-feeders designed specifically for SPINNER CNC-Lathes, called Kurzstangenmagazine. These are compact, quick, and low cost bar-loading magazines with a CNC-servo axis for smooth movement of the bar. They can handle material up to 1200 or 1500 mm in length and a maximum diameter of 80 mm. The programming is simple and easily adjustable, and the interface is optimized for Spinner machines. The machine and bar-loader are available from one source. The Spindle extension, called Servo 80-1200 and Servo 80-1500, is capable of handling material up to 1200 or 1500 mm in length and a diameter of 6-80 mm. The weight of these machines ranges from 350 to 380 kg, and their dimensions range from 1880x1224х1125 to 2180x1224x1125 mm. The 3m - Magazine Automation is capable of handling up to 3.2 meters of material length, and it has a smooth and quiet running operation with automatic bar-load and bar-change features. The Servo 32, Servo 42, and Servo 51 machines can handle material up to 3200 mm in length with a diameter of 4-32, 4-42, and 5-52 mm, respectively. The weight of these machines is 760 kg, and their dimensions range from 3910 x 480 x 1090 to 1490 mm.
