Spiro 1602 Tubeformer spiral tube machines

SPIRO international has launched its latest model of spiral tube machines, the TUBEFORMER 1602, which covers a complete range of international standard sizes up to 1600 mm diameter. This machine is reliable, fast, and can produce tubes in mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, meeting standards such as AFNOR, BS, DIN, EU ROVENT, and SMACNA. The module technique allows customers to choose from various options to create a machine that meets their specific needs. The forming heads from SPIRO International and the clinching device provide top quality air tight spiral lock seam and diameter tolerance. The corrugation unit reduces material costs and makes larger diameter tubes more rigid. The flying slitter cuts the tubes to length without noise or hot sparks and provides smooth tube ends without deburring. The machine has a quick lock system, and technical data includes either one or two corrugations up to 25 mm, a diameter range of 80 to 1600 mm, and a production speed of meters min depending on material quality and diameter.
