Stáhli FLM 1000 Flat honing lapping

FEELING FOR FINISHING

The FLM series of one-wheel flat lapping and polishing machines, with steel diameters ranging from 500 to 4000 mm, is perfectly optimized for production output. This series is well suited for mass production with a robust design that includes loading and unloading devices, and a special feature of wheel correction through central geometry adjustment.

Additionally, the construction of special machines can be developed and adapted according to customized requests. The STÄHLI Group probably offers the most complete production and sales program in the one-wheel sector, combining the FLM series with special machines for glass processing.

Since the company's foundation, the STÄHLI Group has attached great importance to the expansion of commercial machining centers, with the consequence that the knowledge gained has had a direct influence both on the improvement of the machine tools and the process developments in the one, two, and three-wheel field. The STÄHLI Group offers comprehensive lapping seminars in Dieterlen/Bie1, Wei1 or Lake Zurich/Chicago, as well as training at the customer's site.

Through close cooperation with scientific institutes and universities at home and abroad, the STÄHLI Group is also very active in the field of research and development and continuously contributes to the latest development projects.
