Startrite HB 330M HORIZONTAL BANDSAWS

A heavy duty production bandsaw for cutting large sections and up to 330mm diameter. Features include a rapid clamp and quick release vice, automatic swing away stop assembly, electrical bow release and a gauge to ensure correct blade tension. This bandsaw can also be operated from the rear. Manual or semi-automatic versions available.

USER FRIENDLY STANDARD CONTROL PANEL Totally enclosed 2HP blade. A conveniently positioned, clearly marked drive motor. Durable control panel with a facility to control with low voltage and operate the machine from the front or rear. Overload protection.

AUTOMATED SWING AWAY STOP ASSEMBLY Swing away stop assembly on HB330SA. An automatic swing away stop assembly allows the billet to clear the sawing area at the end of cut. Additional stop/start controls at the optional on HB330M. Flushing hose.

RAPID CLAMP M2 bimetal blade. QUICK RELEASE VICE Operating manual and tool kit. Rapid clamp and quick release mechanism provides ease of material handling and can be angled up to 45. Adjustable stock stand.

BLADE GUIDES Infeed roller table. Carbide guide inserts coupled with roller bearings provide optimum blade support for accurate cutting.

EASY BLADE SPEED ADJUSTMENT Through a rugged industrial electronic variable speed drive unit. 150 to 300.

ELECTRICAL BOW RELEASE Electrical bow release mechanism allows 3-piece only setting of saw feed rate on each batch run.

BLADE TENSION A simple gauge ensures correct blade tension. SUPAFLEX Blades CARBON. BLADE SIZE: 3810 x 32 x 90. BLADE SPEED: 15 to 102 m/min (50 to 330 ft/min).
