Stierli Bieger CNC control with automatic angle correction for i Bender. CNC WP Hybrid technology. The bending centers can be programmed using angles and length, similar to the CNC W machines. The CNC WP machines can also use measuring devices to automatically correct angles and compensate for material springback. The CNC WP control has 30 interfaces and the same features as the CNC W control. Bending is possible using standard or integrated measurement system vee blocks for automatic angle correction. The integrated measurement system measures the bent angle and compensates for springback. Mark free bending is possible using the rotary bending jaws of the measuring vee block. The alternative programming systems METALIX and RADAN can generate bending and other machine programs quickly and easily. The 210 vee block has an integrated measuring system for automatic re bending, and strong tooling solutions such as edgewise bending, twist bending, and step bending are available.
