TAH W11 Hydraulic rolling machine 1

TAH W11 Hydraulic rolling

Functions and Characteristics:
The machine has a 3-roller symmetrical structure for plate rolling in shipbuilding industry. The upper roller moves vertically in the center between the two lower rollers.
The hydraulic driving system is operated by oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston. The two lower rollers rotate and provide plates with torque through the engagement between the gear of the moderator and the gear of the lower roller. Several groups of support rollers are designed on the lower side of the two lower rollers to enhance their rigidity and enable vertical adjustment. On the upper side of the upper roller, there is a rigid beam with several groups of support rollers between the beam and the upper roller to enhance its rigidity. The machine is suitable for bending work-pieces in an arc shape with excessive width.

SERIES MECHANICAL 3-ROLLER SYMMETRICAL ROLLING MACHINE

Performance: The machine has a 3-roller symmetrical structure, with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers. This movement is achieved through the drive of the screw, nut, worm, and lead screw. The two lower rollers rotate and provide plate materials with torque through the engagement to the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers.
The disadvantage of the machine is that the ends of the plate materials require help from other equipment for pre-bending.
