The WD11 series three-roll bending machines are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The two bottom rolls are driven via a separate power system, eliminating mechanical interference. The bearings of the rolls are self-aligning mill-roll bearings with low energy consumption. The required power from the main motor is small, energy-saving, and environmentally protective. The worm gear and screw rod for up roll are all immersed in lubricant oil with excellent lubrication, great bearing capacity, and long life. The standers are assembling type, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The turning of the upender is mechanically driven, convenient, and reliable. The single end of the up roll can be lifted separately for the bending of tapered workpieces via the clutch.
