Taian Hualu  The WB11 series mechanical symmetric three-roll bending machine is a common equipment used for bending and forming metal plates. The machine has two active lower rolls that are driven by a motor and special reducer, while the upper roll is passive and can press the plate using a motor reducer, worm-gears, and screw pair. The upender is turned manually to take out the work-pieces. All operations of the machine are controlled via electronics, making it easy to operate and maintain. The main technical parameters of the WB11 mechanical three-roll bending machine include a rolling specification of 25 x 2500 mm, a maximum plate width of 950 mm, a maximum plate thickness of 25 mm, and a maximum rolling diameter of 245 mm. The machine has a power of 5 KW and a minimum rolling speed of 1 m/min.
