Taian Hualu  W612K N series CNC four-roll bending machine is designed to pre-bend and shape the ends of a plate without the need to adjust the head, leaving the sides with the least amount of bend. The upper roll is the driving roll, driven by the driving force, while the lower and side rolls are all driven rolls that rotate due to the friction between the steel plate and each roll. The position of the upper roll is fixed, while the lower and side rolls rise and fall by the driving of parallel connection oil cylinders at the two ends. The overturn and resetting of the upender at the discharging end of the upper roll are driven by oil cylinder. To raise the rigidity of the lower roll, a support roll is installed in the center of the lower roll, which rises and falls by the driving of oil cylinder. This series of machines has the following characteristics. The bearing of the working roll adopts self-aligning rolling bearing for rolling mill, which has small friction, small power loss, long service life, and low energy consumption. The synchronous up-down of both ends of the lower roll and side roll, the amount of inclination of taper rolling, are all controlled by the CNC system automatically, and its control precision is high. The CNC system is developed in-house and keeps ahead at home, with functions such as screen display, rolling calculating, program control, process parameter storage, software protection, failure alarm, man-machine conversation, etc. The hydraulic four-roll plate bending machine is produced by China National Group and is capable of material feeding, pre-bending of one end, pre-bending of another end, primary bending, and final bending.
